2021

Englert Robotics GmbH was founded in 2021 with the goal of developing and delivering state-of-the-art delta robots with outstanding performance characteristics.

Central to this approach is a modular system that allows the robots to be optimally adapted to a wide range of customer applications through numerous configuration options.

Different materials, sizes, and options can be flexibly combined. In addition, our robots are compatible with control systems from all major manufacturers, providing maximum operational independence.

Carbon

Details

Unsere Roboter aus Carbon

Unsere hochdynamische Kinematikvariante aus carbonfaserverstärktem Kunststoff ist für Anwendungen geeignet, die keine bzw. eine trockene Reinigung der Roboter vorsehen. Diese sind in Ausführungen der Schutzklasse IP65 verfügbar. Die Roboter aus Carbon sind mit und ohne Rotationsachse erhältlich.

(Schutzklassen in Anlehnung an DIN EN 60529 / IEC 60529, IPX9K nach ISO 20653)

Edelstahl

Details

Unsere Roboter aus Edelstahl

Die Edelstahlvariante ist insbesondere für Anwendungen vorgesehen, die eine Nassreinigung der Oberflächen mit handelsüblichen Reinigern und aggressiven Chemikalien voraussetzen.
Einige Anwendungsbeispiele: in salzhaltiger Umgebung z.B. bei der Fischverarbeitung, in aggressiver ammoniakhaltiger Atmosphäre z.B. in Milchverarbeitung, in Atmosphären mit Mehlstaub wie z.B. in Bäckereien. Ausführungen sind in IP65- sowie IP69x-Schutzklassen verfügbar. Erhältlich mit und ohne Rotationsachse.

Aluminium

Details

Unsere Roboter aus Aluminium

Die Aluminiumvariante ist insbesondere geeignet, wenn keine bzw. nur eine trockene Reinigung der Roboter vorgesehen ist. Hierzu gehören Anwendungen in Standard- sowie staubiger Umgebung wie z.B. in Sägewerken, sowie in Atmosphären mit intensiven Gerüchen wie z.B. bei der Müllsortierung. Diese sind in Ausführungen der Schutzklasse IP65 verfügbar. Erhältlich mit und ohne Rotationsachse.
