Our materials for lightness, rigidity, weight parity.

Most of the components of our Delta robots are manufactured on our own modern machinery - in this way we guarantee delivery reliability and the best quality.

The high-tech materials used allow them to be deployed even in the immediate vicinity of food products. And finally, the design stands for maximum rigidity and repeatability.

Our robots made of carbon

Our highly dynamic kinematics variant made of carbon fiber-reinforced plastic is suitable for
applications that do not require cleaning or require dry cleaning of the robots. These are available in IP65 protection class designs. The carbon robots are available with and without rotational axis.

(Protection classes based on DIN EN 60529 / IEC 60529, IPX9K according to ISO 20653)

Our robots made of stainless steel

The stainless steel variant is particularly intended for applications that require wet cleaning of the surfaces with
commercially available cleaners and aggressive chemicals. Some application examples: in salty environments e.g. in fish processing, in aggressive atmospheres containing ammonia e.g. in dairy processing, in atmospheres with flour dust such as in bakeries. Versions are available in IP65 as well as IP69x protection classes. Available with and without rotation axis.

Our robots made of aluminium

The aluminium version is particularly suitable for applications where no cleaning or only dry cleaning of the robots is required. This includes applications in standard as well as dusty environments, such as in sawmills, and in atmospheres with intense odours and infection hazards, such as in waste sorting. These are available in IP65 rated versions. Available with and without rotation axis.

Our benefits ...for your kinematics

Englert Robotics kinematics are among the fastest Delta robots in the world. They are individually configurable, absolutely precise and also fulfil the highest hygienic requirements.
They are compatible with any motion control system and are suitable for payloads of up to 20 kg. Repeatability of 0.1 mm for position and ±0.3° for the angle of the rotational axis stand for themselves.

Head of Development and Design

The Head of Development and Design looks back on over 20 years of professional experience in his function. As a leading design engineer, he worked for Pink Vakuumtechnik, SMT Maschinen und Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG and Schneider Electric (here also already in the field of Delta robots and supplementary components).

The best of both worlds ...for our customers

Many years of professional experience
Many years of professional experience

After more than 35 years of successful business activity in metalworking and as a system supplier, Englert decided in September 2021 to expand its range of services even further.
True to the motto "Everything from a single source - complete expertise in breadth and depth", it founded Englert Robotics to develop and manufacture high-performance Delta robots.

Dynamic culture of a start-up
Dynamic culture of a start-up

To implement this task, Englert has assembled a well-coordinated team of highly motivated engineers. In terms of dynamics and agility, it is in no way inferior to their robots: The team has already been able to gain many years of experience in design and production at a well-known manufacturer of parallel kinematics - and continue to refine it. At Englert Robotics, their expertise is now coming to full fruition.
